Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. All sales at GLADY are final.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a return. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been burned, used, or removed from original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference

Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement product or, if a replacement is unavailable, a refund to your original payment method for the value of the defective item only. We will notify you of our decision within 3–5 business days of receiving your return request.
